Service

By accessing or using any service provided by SajiloCloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("EasyCloud", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Service Level Agreement.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

EasyCloud provides cloud infrastructure services including web hosting (cPanel), virtual private servers (VPS), object storage, secure business email, offsite backups, and disaster recovery. Services are provided subject to the specific plan you have subscribed to, as described on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days' written notice, except in cases of security incidents or legal requirements.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@sajilocloud.com.np of any unauthorised use of your account.
• EasyCloud is not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Accounts must be registered by individuals or entities aged 18 or above.

You agree not to use EasyCloud services to:

• Host, transmit, or distribute illegal content under Nepal law or applicable international law
• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) or conduct phishing operations
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against any target
• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit written approval from EasyCloud
• Store or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will result in immediate termination and reporting to Nepal Police Cyber Bureau
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measure
• Resell services without a valid Reseller or Partner agreement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension without refund and reporting to relevant Nepali authorities including the Cyber Bureau, Nepal Police.

• Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable VAT (13%) will be added for Nepali customers as required by the Inland Revenue Department.
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Services may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion. Annual plan cancellations within 30 days receive a pro-rated refund. Monthly plans are non-refundable after service activation.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior support contact will result in account suspension.

You retain full ownership of all data you store on EasyCloud infrastructure. We do not access, analyse, or share your customer content except:

• When you request technical support and explicitly grant access
• When required by a valid court order or legal request from Nepali authorities
• To prevent imminent harm to our systems or third parties

All data is stored within Nepal in compliance with applicable data sovereignty requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Uptime guarantees, incident response times, and service credit procedures are detailed in the EasyCloud Service Level Agreement, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Service credits are the sole remedy for downtime events.

All software, interfaces, branding, and documentation provided by EasyCloud remain the intellectual property of SajiloCloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for their intended purpose during your subscription.

You retain all intellectual property rights in content you upload or create using our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nepal law, EasyCloud's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data (beyond what is recoverable under your backup plan), or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters — which is precisely why we maintain dual seismic-zone infrastructure.

• By you: Cancel any time from your control panel. Services remain active until the end of the paid period.
• By EasyCloud: We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• On termination: You have 14 days to download your data. After that, data is permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Kathmandu District Court in accordance with Nepal's Arbitration Act 2055 or civil court proceedings, at EasyCloud's election.
